Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered may not be eligible for a return.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@mindgrove.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and provide you with further instructions.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2–3 weeks.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including digital products and items marked as final sale. Please check the product listing before purchasing.
